It's a new year, so take time for YOU! This type of art making centers on engaging in creative processes that encourages your brain to make new neural pathways and connections. Focusing on an issue or question while working on an artwork directs more of your neurons towards this and enhances your ability to problem solve and make decisions. We will explore this relaxing and therapeutic art making style through an exploration of drawing and painting to create a finished piece. This class is all about relaxing…if you would like to bring an adult beverage, and are 21+, during this peaceful experience feel free! Jason Shorr, high school level art teacher from Seneca Valley, will be teaching this class.

Cancellation Policy for those that are unable to attend: 

If you are unable to attend the class, your ticket for that class/event is nonrefundable. We are happy to have you transfer your ticket to a friend or family member to attend the class in your place. Unfortunately, due to supplies, payment of instructors, and limited seats, we are not able to offer refunds or a transfer into another class. 

Cancellation Policy due to low enrollment of the class or instructor illness:

To run our classes CURIO needs a minimum of 4 sign-ups. If CURIO should have to cancel the class for any reason including limited enrollment registered participants are able to:

1) Move their ticket to another open class or rescheduled class

2)  Receive a digital gift card

3)  Get a refund. We strive to avoid cancellations but promise a fair process in unforeseen circumstances should CURIO be the one canceling!
