April Session: Monday April 6th, 13th, and 20th
May Session: Monday May 4th, 11th, and 18th
In this three-week series, young artists will explore the exciting world of the pottery wheel in a fun, supportive, and hands-on environment. Meeting once a week, this class is designed to build confidence and skills over time while encouraging creativity and curiosity. Class is limited to 6 artists.
Our experienced and friendly instructor will guide students step-by-step each week, helping them feel comfortable and excited as they learn how to center, shape, and experiment with clay on the wheel. This series focuses on exploration, experimentation, and skill-building. Wheel throwing is a learned skill that takes time and can be difficult for young artists! We guarantee that each artists will be able to keep and glaze at least 1 piece.
Additional Information:
-
Dress comfortably in clothes that you don’t mind getting clay on.
-
Aprons will be provided.
-
All unused clay will be reclaimed to minimize waste and support sustainability.
We can’t wait to spin, shape, and create with your young artist!
