THE ART OF THE WHEEL
AGES 13+ | 4-WEEK CLASS | 6:00–8:00 PM
GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY. FIND YOUR FLOW.
The Art of the Wheel is a hands-on opportunity for artists ages 13+ to slow down, get their hands in the clay, and build confidence at the pottery wheel. Whether you're completely new to wheel throwing or looking to refresh and develop your skills, this class offers a supportive space to learn, practice, and create.
Over four weeks, artists will explore the foundations of wheel throwing while developing their own skills and creative style. With guided instruction and plenty of hands-on wheel time, you'll learn to center and shape clay, explore different forms, trim and glaze your work, and discover the satisfaction of creating something from a simple lump of clay.
*For those unsure of committing to 4 weeks, we welcome you to try our "Give it a Whirl" one night class before registering an unsure artist!*
