This is a chance for adults to book our 6 pottery wheels for you and whoever else you want to invite! The $300 you pay today rents all 6 wheels to be used throughout the evening. Feel free to add more people for $50 a person up to 12 individuals. If you have more than 12, we can accommodate that but please be sure to email us so we can extend your time slot and also bring in an additional instructor for the event. Cost for additional artists will be finalized the day of the event at CURIO.
If you only have a few people join our "Give it a Whirl" Class!
What to expect:
- A private event space for you and your guests
- Instruction and guided help from a CURIO ceramics instructor
- All supplies needed to create on the wheel *Dress for mess!
- 1 ceramic project that you get to keep at the end of the event
- completed projects will not go home that day, they need to dry
- 3-4 week turnaround time for the project to dry then be fired in the kiln
- Opportunity to bring any snack and beverages to enjoy while creating during the event (BYOB 21+ only please)
- Please supply napkins, plates, cups, etc. to use with food
Cancellation Policy/Payment information:
The payment of $300 is for up to 6 people. Please note that it is not $50 per artist but an overall $300 charge to rent the 6 wheels and ceramics studio for a private class. Should you have less than 6 individuals the cost does not change. This amount is to cover room rental, instructor fees, clay reclaim, etc. for the evening.
If your group is unable to attend the date you chose, please notify us immediately so we can try to find another date for your event. Should cancellation occur within 48 hours of the event a $100 fee will be retained and $200 will be refunded back to the card used to make the reservation. Unfortunately, due to limited studio availability, supplies, payment of instructors, etc. we are not able to offer full refunds in less than 48 hours.
